- 200g paneer, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tikka masala paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Thread the paneer cubes onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet. Brush them with oil.
