Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating between tomato and cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the tomato and mozzarella slices, then sprinkle the coriander and basil on top.
